Ergle Christmas Tree Farms welcomes all photographers . We encourage all families to take as many photos as they want of their experience while visiting the farm this is at no charge.
For professional photographers who wish to do photo sessions with clients we have set up the following 2023 dates for your client's photo shoots: Saturdays November 11th, 18th and Sundays November 12th, 19th and then November 20th, 21st, and 22nd. Then you may reserve weekdays only beginning November 27th through the December 15th. The only weekend available in December is the 16th and 17th. No photographers Thursday Through Sunday of Thanksgiving. No other dates are available and you must text your date request to 352-346-2738.
We are reserving space until we book all that we can accommodate. Full payment and reservations should be made prior to October 15th. There is a fee of $85 for a half day, which is from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. If you wish to have a full day session, the fee is $150. We also have a single Family Session for $50 scheduled on 2 hour intervals.
***Photographers must check in at the barn present your receipt of payment from the online booking system to pickup a photography pass.***
To reserve a space you must book and pay online prior to Oct 15th. Please include: your name, contact phone number, email address. Photographers are responsible for your clients total safety including use of safe Covid practices as recommended by the CDC. Deposits are non refundable unless canceled due to poor weather conditions! Please mark your calendars to contact me at 352-583-3647 one to two days in advance to check for weather conditions. You may reschedule by calling me one to two days in advance.
Reservations are generally not available after October 15th.
